June 16th: Registration for 2025-2026 School Year Opens!

All families are required to re-register for the new school year in order to use our services.

July 3 & 4: CLOSED!

Summer Camps and Main Office will be closed for Independence Day

July 25th: Last Day of Summer Camps!

Extended Hours Program will not have care options available until school starts on August 6th. ​

July 30th: Deadline for "COMPLETED" Registrations in order to guarantee care 1st week of school

A "COMPLETE" registration means online registration and any required registration items have been submitted and received by our office. This can include immunization records, medical forms, payment information, etc.

We continue to accept and process registrations throughout the school year.

This deadline ensures our office has enough time to fully process the registration paperwork and have student files prepared and at our locations and ready for attendance on the 1st day of school.

Registrations completed AFTER the deadline will receive a confirmation of what date the child will be able to start care.

This process typically takes 3 - 5 business days depending on when all required items are submitted to our office.

Our office strives to process registrations as quickly as possible! During the weeks between the end of July to mid August we receive and process between 800 - 900 registrations. We want you to have child care available as soon as possible and will work our hardest to make that happen!

We offer care for many non-school days at 2 - 3 centralized Full Day sites.
To reserve care for non-school days, please complete the Full Day Reservation Form available under the Calendars & Reservations tab.

Spots are limited and fill up very quickly!
